TECHNOLOGY OF MANAGING THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF A PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

This article examines modern technologies for managing the educational process in preschool educational institutions. It emphasizes the necessity of applying innovative approaches to effectively organize and manage learning activities. The article focuses on improving the quality of education, creating favorable conditions for child development, and fostering collaboration between teachers and parents. Special attention is given to choosing management technologies based on the psychological and physiological characteristics of preschool children. The use of digital tools and interactive methods is highlighted as a means to enhance management effectiveness. The paper includes practical examples and recommendations. The study concludes by proposing ways to optimize educational management in preschool institutions.
