Property Relations from the Standpoint of Civil and Family Law of the Kyrgyz Republic

The article examines property relations in the Kyrgyz Republic through the interaction of civil and family law. Civil legislation forms the general rules of ownership, circulation and protection of property, while family legislation introduces special guarantees arising from marriage, common household, domestic work, interests of children and protection of economically vulnerable family members. The study analyzes the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Civil Code, the Family Code and legislation on state registration of rights to immovable property.
