The Spread of Islam in Central Asia

This article examines the history of the spread of Islam in Central Asia and its influence on the socio-political development of the region. As a result of the Arab conquests in the 7th-8th centuries, Islam entered the region and gradually became an important part of the culture and spiritual life of local peoples. The study analyzes the role of trade routes, missionaries, and Muslim states in the spread of Islam. It also highlights the influence of Islam on education, culture, and systems of governance. The article describes the historical features of the development of Islamic civilization in Central Asia.
